Quick deal, Ray worked with his team to get the deal done. I drove up from San Antonio and arrived at noon and was done with documents keys in hand a hour and thirty minutes later. Pre owned needed brakes, front tires were 3/32. Dealer paid for the front brakes(more expensive) after they were inspected. Although tires are at the worn limit but technically still able to be on road I feel as if this shouldn’t have passed inspection especially with one showing some wire. Overall. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state and during my shopping journey I experienced the whole spectrum of responses to an out of state buyer. My sales guy, Ray, was first class from the first phone call. We had a few hurdles to overcome, but we got it done. He even picked me up from the airport, highly recommended.

A very pleasant experience. Adam was great to work with. My trade-in was valued as soon as I arrived, there was no hassle with this part. All questions answered promptly. A part that I usually dread (the finance guy) was actually not bad to deal with. These guys made it easy for me to get in, get out and get the car I wanted.

We found the vehicle we purchased through Facebook and messaged them and got a very quick response. We lived out of state, so everything was done through email and phone calls with exception of the paperwork which they overnighted to us to sign and provided return overnight shipping. The car was delivered to us quickly. Johnny was wonderful throughout the whole process, always staying in contact and communicating and explaining things when needed.

We researched cars online And visited eight different dealerships. Having found what looked to be the perfect vehicle, we drove four hours to test drive our new/used car. At first, I felt that I was not taken serious by the staff and that the place was not too welcoming. That changed once I began talking numbers and potentially buying the vehicle. Overall there wasn't anything bad about Adam, but i do hope that the staff won't judge people based on their appearance.
